The Wine
Abloom Rosé is made in Methode Provençale style - a rosé crafted with purpose. Inspired by Bandol’s legendary rosés, and crafted to rival the world’s finest, this wine is bold, sophisticated, and unapologetically luxurious—a statement wine designed for those who appreciate rarity, craftsmanship, and excellence.
The Method
Hand-harvested at dawn to capture peak freshness, this wine is left on the skins for several hours to capture maximum flavor potential, then is whole-cluster pressed to preserve its most delicate aromas. Fermentation is carefully divided among three vessels for added complexity: one-third in ceramic globe to enhance purity and texture, one-third in Damy French oak for elegance and structure, and one-third in stainless steel to maintain vibrancy and freshness. Aged on fine lees, it develops a rich mouthfeel and layered depth. The final touch—a subtle 0.5% carbonic maceration—lends a pop of exquisite fruit.
Tasting Notes
Abloom rosé, with a pale salmon-pink hue, is radiant in the glass. On the nose, it evokes the essence of a spring morning walk, with delicate aromas of rose petals, raspberries, and a hint of ocean breeze and minerality. The palate opens with a vibrant first sip, revealing ripe stone fruits, citrus zest, and floral notes. A silky texture and crisp acidity carry through to an elegant, lingering finish.

Sourced from the historic old vines of one of Napa Valley’s most coveted high-altitude sites, Abloom Rosé derives from:
Grape: 100% Grenache (Alban Clone D) – sourced from the oldest and highest-elevation blocks
Elevation: 360m (1,180 feet ) – capturing Napa’s cool mountain breezes
Soil: Decomposed shale, Fagan loam – ideal for low- yield, high-intensity Grenache
Yield: Ultra-limited production ensuring purity, depth, and elegance
